Venture Prep is a nonprofit, nondenominational Christian private school in Driftwood, Texas that offers classical academics in a joyful, nurturing, and flexible environment.
That doesn’t sound revolutionary, does it? Loren and Darren Sack didn’t think so either. After several years (and a few false starts) searching for a school that fit the goals, values, and needs of their five children, they realized they were going to have to build one themselves.
With a background in sales, management, professional sports and healthy living, Loren and Darren pulled in educational experts while also speaking to members of their community about their families’ educational needs.
The result? A school with a strong curriculum, a Christian foundation, and key elements such as tech readiness and financial literacy that will set stydents up for whatever the future may hold in a nurturing, joyful, community-focused package.
Venture Prep started small in 2024, but is rapidly growing. For the 2025-2026 school year, we are accepting up to 32 students in grades 3rd through 8th, and expect to expand to K-12 within the next three years. For more information, view our Frequently Asked Questions.
